A repeat client hired me to create a set of lockers for their mudroom. The walls angled back in a way that made fitting 5 lockers in the space challenging, but not impossible.
For the bench top I used reclaimed red oak barn wood. Finished with only a clear coat to preserve the character of the wood, it really turned out great.
The finished product. It has inset doors on the lockers, inset drawers below the bench, and an open spot above for baskets to hold smaller items.
Another shot of the finished product from the kitchen. The raised trim details on the doors and drawer fronts was used to match the nearby kitchen cabinetry.
