A client asked me to make a table top for an antique treadle base. She wanted to use reclaimed lumber, so we took a trip to the architectural salvage yard and found a bundle of old tongue-and-groove flooring.
Shot of the finished table. After milling the wood it had lost some of it's darker character, so I used a blowtorch to bring it back and then sealed it with several coats of lacquer.
